Darren Candow
Darren Candow is a professor and Director of the Ageing Muscle and Bone Health Laboratory at the University of Regina, and an incoming Vice-President of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. His research focuses on sports nutrition, exercise science, and muscle and bone health in aging populations. His published work extensively investigates creatine supplementation, resistance exercise training, and dietary interventions for body composition, physical performance, brain health, and conditions such as sarcopenia.
